Medical and Rehabilitation Benefits and Attendant Care Benefits
If someone is catastrophically injured, then the benefits they are entitled to are greatly enhanced. Benefits can include:
• a maximum of $1,000,000 for medical and rehabilitation benefits over a lifetime
• a maximum of $1,000,000 for attendant care benefits over a lifetime (maximum monthly benefits of $6,000 per month)
• $100 per week for housekeeping and home maintenance for life
• services of a case manager
• expenses of visitors to the hospital
• lost education expenses
